25. Model motherhood as an act of strength
We often think of choosing to be a mom as old school. It's not what the women's liberation movement fought for because women had already been mothers since the dawn of time. Accordingly, when we ask little girls what they want to be when they grow up and they say moms, we often try to reroute them into listing careers.

However, if we want to heal as a society, we need strong nurturers. By teaching our daughters it's a worthwhile desire and pursuit to be a mother, we're validating them. We need to model motherhood as an act of strength, not just something we're relegated to as women. It's our job to show them what it looks like to be #momstrong.
