Now think about the fact that your addictive little scrolling habit not only affects your mood, but it may actually be holding you back. After all, the obsessive perusal of others’ Facebook and Instagram feeds makes it all too easy to “compare your behind-the-scenes to their highlight reel.” And at the end of the day, comparing yourself to others? Not a happy or healthy habit.
