6. Be ethical in your food choices.
I would never tell anyone to become vegetarian or vegan, because it’s not my place… also, BACON. But even if you do eat meat, it doesn’t mean you can’t make wise choices about what meat you eat or what vegetables you buy. Go organic, eat meat that’s ethically raised, and skip the foods, even the good ones, that come at the hands of waste or cruelty. (Yes, I have fois gras in mind as I write this, but I do know that many, and I mean many, people love their fois gras. You just don’t have to eat it ALL the time.)
