3. Irish Tea
Recipe courtesy of Thumbtack Pro Ian McCarthy:

1. Bring one cup of water to a boil. Add a few small pieces of thinly sliced ginger, along with your tea (one bag, or a tbsp of loose leaf). We suggest using strong, malty teas, or anything in tea bags labeled 'Irish Breakfast'. If loose, steer away from delicate Darjeelings.
2. Steep for 5 minutes, strain into a tea cup, and add a scant tablespoon of honey.
3. Stir to dissolve, and add your whiskey. 1.5 ounces is ideal, but the hot temperatures of the drink exacerbate the alcohol heat of the whiskey.
4. Drop in a wheel of lemon for garnish.
