You Complete Me: Jackie Nasser's Pregnancy-Friendly Pumps(Source: Jackie Nasser; Art by Tanya Leigh Washington)Ever love a product so much it makes you feel whole? You’re not alone, which is why we’re having our favorite tastemakers spill the must-have items they can’t live without.

Who: Jackie Nasser, @jackienas
Where: New York City, NY
By Day: Fashion director of Rue La La. No two days are the same, but every one of them ends up being a little bit crazy! I'm always on the lookout for new ideas and trends, so I run around to market and brand appointments, museums, and stores. It's important to get out of the office and make the most of being in the city. At the office I have a lot of meetings; I work closely with the creative team on visuals and how to bring ideas to life and tell a story. I meet with the buying team daily to give them direction on upcoming editorial Boutiques and what product will work best for them to source. And I team up with our brand-partnership group on any upcoming collaborations—such as the recent one inspired by The Other Woman movie starring Cameron Diaz. I also have to sign off on all copy, visuals, and content before each goes live. I try and read as many blogs and magazines as I can, too.
By Night: I love cooking. Right now I'm into Blue Apron, where you receive a box for the week that has three recipes and all the ingredients you need. I like it because it takes away the 'What should I cook tonight?' question and does the grocery shopping for me. I'm also trying to enjoy my last few weeks of freedom before I have a baby—sleeping in, watching all of House of Cards at once, reading books, going out to dinner at fancy restaurants, traveling as much as possible, and grabbing brunch with the girls. I'm preparing to have no life come July!
Style: I'd say Classic with a little Downtown. I love dresses because they're easy—the more it flows, the better. Striped tops, skinny jeans, ballet flats, chambray shirts, leather jackets, boyfriend-style tees, and full skirts are my go-to staples. This spring I'm looking for some sportier pieces such as dressy sweatshirts and the perfect varsity jacket.
You Complete Me: J. Crew Everly pumps, $245–$398
I'm six months pregnant but still have to look cute for work, so I'm all about finding shoes that are comfortable and chic. My shoe of choice right now is J.Crew's Everly pump. I have five pairs and counting. They are the ideal pointed-toe pump—the point is just right, the heel is a good height, I could run a marathon in them if I had to, and they instantly pull your outfit together. My favorite is the rose-gold mirrored pair—great with a pair of white jeans or a midi skirt."
