Who: Jin Soon Choi, @JinSoonChoi
Where: New York City, NY
By Day: Founder and creative director of the JINsoon Nail Lacquer line, founder/owner of three nail spas in NYC, and a fashion/editorial manicurist. Most weekdays, I work on photo shoots, except during Fashion Week twice a year. Most evenings, I go to my office to work on my nail polish line, creating colors and designs–yes, it's all about work, but I enjoy it all because I get to be creative.
By Night: I am a Korean food devotee and fortunately, my husband is as well. We often go out for dinner in K-town, do some grocery shopping afterwards, and then call it a date—yes, I admit that we're pretty pathetic socially, since we don't go out much, but I need a fair amount of alone time to unwind after working with so many people every day on shoots and in my salons.
Style: Classic with a downtown, sporty twist

You Complete Me: NARS Sheer Lipstick in Fast Ride, $26; and Harmless Harvest 100% Raw Coconut Water, $6.15
Even though I don't consider myself much of a fashionista, I feel that my look is never complete without my Prada boots during Fashion Week. I always use NARS Fast Ride lipstick, which instantly livens me up since I don't wear much makeup. I also drink a ton of Harmless Harvest coconut water to keep hydrated."
