The Real Brands Behind Costco's Kirkland Products

When it came to choosing a supplier for its ice cream, Kirkland went with an organic brand. Costco chose The Humboldt Creamery to manufacture its vanilla ice cream. The creamery has been around since 1929, and it uses organic milk and cream from local, pasture-based farms in Humboldt County, California.
