Crown Prince Felipe and Princess Letizia of Spain attend the Gala Dinner held by the Spanish Royal family in honour of Czech President Vaclav Klaus and his wife at the Royal Palace

One of the royal's favorite tiaras was made by the German court jeweler, Koch, for the only daughter of Kaiser Wilhelm II, Princess Viktoria Luise, the Prussian tiara features a band of laurel leaves on top of the tiara, resting on gem-set columns and a meander base. In 2004, Queen Sofia loaned the item to her daughter-in-law then-princess Letizia of Spain for her wedding to King Felipe VI.
