15. Ciara In Alexandre Vauthier Couture, 2016
When Ciara slinked onto the 2016 red carpet wearing her Alexandre Vauthier Couture gown, headlines went wild. Peopleannounced the artist won "the most naked award," and Entertainment Tonighthonored her with "the most risque" award. The crystal leopard gown left her left leg completely bare, and climbed well past her hip. But this wasn't the first time that Ciara wore the designer to the red carpet. In fact, she's a dedicated fan.

"I'm wearing Alexandre Vauthier couture, and the funny thing is, I realized, I think I've worn him for the past two Grammys," Ciara told ET. "He just always gets it right for us women. He just has a really good soft touch with edge and all that fun stuff, so it felt right."

Vauthier designs were also memorable, which was a plus for Ciara. "For the Grammys, what he does for me, he just makes the woman feel very sexy and he gives you that show factor thing you like," she explained. "When you come here, this is like our Oscars of music, so you want to shine and he just finds the perfect way to put it all together: attitude, sexy, fun, young, cool."

Believe it or not, the dress was even riskier on the catwalk. It featured a sheer mesh panel over the chest letting the nipple peek through. Ciara's was the PG version.
