35. Kelly Rowland In Georges Chakra Couture, 2013
While the Grammys are known for their show-stopping outfits, CBS' coordinators enacted a strict dress code in 2013 — which Kelly Rowland went on to ignore like a rebel. The then 32-year-old wore a provocative Georges Chakra Couture gown with mesh paneling and strategic cut-outs, which went against the evening's conservative request.

In an e-mail previously obtained by Deadline, the network asked attendees to avoid overly-sexual looks during the live telecast. "Please be sure that buttocks and female breasts are adequately covered," the e-mail read. "Thong type costumes are problematic. Please avoid exposing bare flesh under curves of the buttocks and buttock crack. Bare sides or under curvature of the breasts is also problematic."

There was more. "Please avoid sheer see-through clothing that could possibly expose female breast nipples. Please be sure the genital region is adequately covered so that there is no visible 'puffy' bare skin exposure."

Rowland rolled her eyes at the request. When she was asked about the dress code backstage at the ceremony, Rowland answered, "It's so funny! I thought about the dress code, and thought about it again, and that's about it. I respect. See, I wore clothes!" Fair enough.
