Vera Farmiga at the 2010 Oscars
When Vera attended the 2010 Oscars as a Best Supporting Actress nominee, she took ruffles to a whole new level in her fuchsia Marchesa design. The gown featured a strapless silhouette with pleated ruffles cascading from the neckline all the way down to the hem. It seemed difficult to pull off but we think the actress wore it well!
Vera teamed the dress with a loose updo, a complementary beauty look, a 1940s diamond cluster ring in 18kt white and yellow gold by Fred Leighton, and matching earrings.
