Charlize Theron At The 2020 Golden Globes
Unsurprisingly, Charlize Theron had all eyes on her in a vibrant neon green gown with a black bodice underneath. The dress was completed by a black cape that hung from her left shoulder, while an emerald choker clung to her long, elegant neck. Dior ruled 2020's Golden Globe Awards, and Theron's Dior Haute Couture gown was no exception.
Theron was nominated for Best Performance by an Actress in a Drama for her role as Megyn Kelly in Bombshell, which hit theaters on December 13, 2019. Bombshell is a biographical drama about the events that unfolded after a group of female Fox News employees joined together to put an end to CEO Roger Ailes' years of sexual harassment.
When ET asked the star if she'd spoken with Kelly since the film's release, she said she hadn't, but that Kelly had tweeted about it.
"No, I haven't," Theron responded, "I know she has seen the film and she tweeted about it, and I knew that it would be, it's going to be, it's hard for all of these women to relive it, but the importance of their story, I think they understand what that really means and the weight that it carries."
