The actor wore a stunning Giambattista Valli Haute Couture gown and cape, which she paired with Christian Louboutin's lion paw 'Alex' heels. These shoes came from the designer's autumn/winter 2011 collection, and featured real fur, black embellished claws, and yellow pave crystal heels. While some might think they're zany, the red bottom shoes came with a hefty price tag: they cost a whopping $4,500.
