Unless you've been under a rock, then you've definitely at least heard of Janet Mock. As a writer and transgender activist, Mock has been everywhere as of late — and for a good reason, as her positivity and candidness is helping others in the trans community. This year, Mock became the first trans women of color to become a writer of a TV series in history. That series is Pose, in which Mock is also director and producer.
