Frances McDormand
When McDormand won the Oscar for her phenomenal performance in Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri, she took the moment to make some pretty bad ass feminist statements about gender quality.
"We all have stories to tell and projects we need financed," she said. "Don't talk to us about it at the parties tonight. Invite us into your office in a couple days, or you can come to ours, whatever suits you best, and we'll tell you all about them."
She also closed out the speech with two words: "inclusion rider," which is something actors put in their contract to ensure gender and racial equality on set.
