I weighed myself the other day and for a second I got upset (natural reaction for most women when the scale is more than what it previously was) so I decided to measure my progress a different way. I remembered in 2014 my "goal weight" was 50kg. Im currently 60kg but I'm the strongest, healthiest, and happiest I have felt! Ive developed such a better relationship with food, my training is performance based rather then purely for fat loss, and I love training now rather then it being a chore. Don't focus on the scale, focus on how far you have come and know that good things take time."
