Adele and her husband, Simon, were another incredibly private pair. They had a son named Angelo together in 2012 and secretly got hitched at some point in 2017. They were seen together on rare occasion before calling it quits in 2019.

Simon is 15 years her senior and her rep stated, "Adele and her partner have separated. They are committed to raising their son together lovingly. As always they ask for privacy. There will be no further comment." Rumor has it that the two simply grew apart while Adele's fame sky-rocketed. She adores her son, obviously, and is said to be keeping her focus on him.

A source told People, "Adele’s son is everything to her. Her whole life revolves around him. I just can’t see her divorce getting messy because she’s so careful when it comes to her son. She’s always five steps ahead in terms of how a decision will affect him.” It should come as no surprise to anyone that Adele is an awesome mother.

It's a shame these two split but we're looking forward to Adele finding love again — and writing epic ballads about it.
