Since 2015, I've been going to Southeast Asia every year for a few weeks. I'm slowly, but surely, making my way through all the countries, although I still have quite a few to go. My love for Southeast Asia was instant, from the very first second I set foot in Siem Reap, Cambodia. I not only fell in love with the culture, the people, the history, and the food, but the Buddhism that's infused in so much of that aforementioned culture.

It's because of this love and respect, that I sat down with a Buddhist while in Myanmar in April in an attempt to master the art of meditating. Here's what I learned about myself in the process.
