1. Set your alarm to a cheerful tune
Wake up in the morning to a song that makes you want to get out of bed and dance! Better yet, make each day a different song about confidence so that you won’t start to associate a particular song with waking up and end up despising it. If you’re not a morning person and need a little more than an upbeat tune to get you out of bed, try making sure that you get some sort of sunlight into your room during the mornings.
