Do you have any self-care practices?
"I think self care is about doing little things everyday (even things you don't like doing) so that you don't get overwhelmed — paying your bills on time and mowing the grass is just as important as bubble baths and gardening. I would say my number one self-care practice is masking. I like to sit down with a face mask and relax at least twice a week, it helps me feel centered and calms my train of thought. If I am feeling extra, I'll put on a mask, grab some wine, and do yoga — that's the ultimate self care trifecta right there."
