19. Drinking Too Much
Don't get me wrong, drinking is fun and delicious (usually). There is nothing wrong with a glass of wine with dinner or even a night out on the town, but pump the breaks when you find yourself drinking excessively, and often.

Alcohol is not only harmful to your liver, but it also triggers the release of cortisol (a stress hormone). Increased cortisol can lead to whole bunch of health problems, from a weakened immune system to depression.
