18. Obsessing Over Numbers
Don't obsess over numbers — not pounds, not calories — just don't. Not only is not good for your mental health, but it also isn't always an accurate depiction of your physical health. 

For example, if you're working on getting stronger and hitting the weights at the gym, you're probably going to go up a few pounds since you're gaining muscle. See what I'm saying?
