16. Not Eating Frequently Enough
Healthy snacking is important. If you go too long between eating, you're more likely to binge on your next meal. This doesn't mean you need to constantly eat, but just be sure to not go more than four hours before fueling back up with a snack.

We often associate snacks with unhealthy foods like potato chips or candy, but snacking doesn't have to be that way. Apply the balanced diet approach to snacking and eat something like pita chips, hummus, and an apple.
