5. Social Media Overload
Social media is fun and entertaining, but it also has a major dark side. Those who frequent social media have an increased risk of depression, in part due to comparing their lives to others. 

It's important to remember most people are going to post the 'good' moments on social media (ever un-tag a not-so-flattering picture of yourself?), but that doesn't mean their lives are perfect. Just because you didn't go to brunch last Saturday does not mean your social life isn't as good as someone else's. It can be very difficult to control these types of reactions, and that's why it's healthy to monitor your time spent on social media.
