3. Sitting All Day
Be it at a desk, in the car, or on the couch — you probably spend most of the day sitting. Biologically, our bodies simply aren't meant to sit that much. The terrifying but true fact is this: sitting actually increases your risk of death. Before you jump out of your seat, let's talk about ways we can combat this modern epidemic. 

Many offices are adding standing desks, which are a great way to, well, stand up. Take as many opportunities as you can to get up from your chair and walk, stretch, just move. Try to incorporate activity in as much of your day as possible, rather than just trying to make up for it at the gym.
