Apparently, they do. Kate Middleton's training included watching footage of her mother-in-law, Princess Diana, so she'll learn how to handle the paparazzi. Specifically, she was instructed not to pose for photos no matter how hard the press begged her.

Incidentally, Meghan Markle also received training on how to handle kidnappers, but that's another story of course.
